SOFT TISSUE CALIBRATIONS
At the Tuning Room we work together collectively as a team to help you achieve your goals.
Alongside chiropractic adjustments we advocate working on the soft tissues to increase the healing process.
Our soft tissue calibration process is unique to our practitioners and encompasses a consultation tailored to your specific needs. We will test your body and the areas you feel require attention to assess for range or motion, mobility, balanced strength and fascial tension.
Based on our findings we can then recommend sessions to suit the outcome you desire which will incorporate a variety of techniques and can include:

Our soft tissue therapists Ollie & Conner are advocates of using the latest techniques in combination with The Tuning Room's 'Finding the Primary' method to identify the needs of your body based on your goals, aspirations and current conditions.
In addition to our muscle therapy we also offer dedicated deep tissue and sports massage therapy as well as 1:1 Personal Training where required.
