Is Finding the Primary™ the same as Network Spinal?
It is rooted in similar nervous system principles, but Finding the Primary™ is our unique approach focused specifically on identifying and addressing the root cause.

Does it involve cracking or forceful adjustments?
No — this is a gentle, non-force approach.

How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your goals and how your body responds, but this is typically a process over time, not a one-off fix.

Is this just for pain?
No — while many people come in with pain, this work is also about improving how your body handles stress, energy, and performance.
What do I need to wear to my consultation?
You can come in what you feel comfortable in! People come straight from work, or in their gym kit.
Where are you in the building?
We are floor 2 :)
What others things do I need to know?
A few practise members have mentioned that they wish they brought a notepad with them to the consultation to be able to take notes, or equally if they missed some information from the form.
Ive just booked my consultation online - what happens now?
If you have booked only an initial consultation online, you will need to give us a call to book your FREE follow up session called the report of findings. This is to go through what the practitioners have found and discuss what package and plan they suggest going forward would be best for you.
Is there any more information on parking?
Parking is free - the best postcode would be CF11 0AP- there is also an over spill car park across the road. DONT GO TO GLOBAL REACH- You will get fined on entry!
Can I bring someone to my appointments?
Yes, we encourage a family or friend to come along as you dont always remember some points that the practitioner mentioned so its good to have another pair of ears!
If I am claiming through insurance, which practitioners can I see for my appointments?
If you are claiming back at a later date, you need to book with; Doug, Sara or Nadja.
I booked my consultation but I now can't make the appointment- what should I do?
Consultations are non refundable - however we can change dates if you give us more than 24 hours notice.
