A DEEPER OPPORTUNITY TO HEAL WITH THE THE SUPPORT OF THE CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY NOURSHING FOOD SERVED 9AM-5PM A Clear Day is a focused day dedicated to reflection, nervous system regulation, and meaningful personal change. Participants move through three “seasons of change”—a framework that mirrors natural cycles of transformation: letting go of the old, integrating new awareness, and stepping into aligned action. Throughout the day there are three bench opportunities to receive Network Spinal Breathwork. Each session helps settle the nervous system, deepen body awareness, and open space for insight. By breathing and connecting with the body before each phase, participants are better able to process emotions, release tension, and move through the seasons of change with clarity and intention. The result is a day designed to help people reset, reconnect, and leave with a clearer sense of direction.
