Rosies primary intention is to help you guide yourself back to the magic healing within you. From her role as one of the UKs foremost cranial ballooning specialists, to her decades long clinical practice of chiropractic medicine and network spinal, Rosie is a multi disciplinary advocate for the astounding healing available from within the body’s own system.
Embracing, and recognising, this way of living has been informed by her relationship to her own healing journey. As a young person Rosie was a competitor in dance, horse riding and athletics and undertook various healing paths often associated with high performance athletes. Her multiple head injuries, a spinal injury and reconstructed shoulder, all introduced her to the powerful healing modalities she now offers.

With a rich and diverse background in energy healing, Rosie offers a truly unique skillset that complements the Tuning Room's holistic ethos. Her ability to guide individuals into alignment—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—makes her a powerful facilitator. Whether through movement, breathwork, or subtle energetic work, Rosie creates safe, grounded spaces where healing and reconnection can happen. Her work is not only rooted in professional knowledge but also in lived wisdom, making her an integral part of The Tuning Room experience.
