ALIGNED EVENING : a network spinal experience- Learn and experience how your nervous system rewrites the story it tells you and others about your health, healing and potential though the magic of network spinal.   Friday 7pm £33 (includes follow up integration session) 2 hours to restore your mind body and nervous system. the layout of the evening allows for you to return to more a balanced state.  You will receive on bench session of network spinal chiropractic - which is a non invasive technique to support deep regulation and healing. preceive contact along the spine helps the body release stored tension and may assist in unwinding long standing emotional patterns, physical systress and past trauma. when the nervous system is recailbrated and regulated we more with ease and feel more spacious. this evening is about creating the best conditions for alignment to integrate. before the session you also do a round of breathwork and alchemy to get your nervous system in the best state possible to restore and recalibrate.
