MY STORY:

My primary intention is to help you guide yourself back to the magic healing within you. My aim role in the Tuning Room is one of the UKs foremost cranial ballooning specialists alongside clinical chiropractic and network spinal care.

Embracing, and recognising, this way of living has been involved in my own healing journey. I was once a competitor dancer, horse rider and took part in athletics. Multiple head injuries, a spinal injury and reconstructed shoulder, all introduced me to the powerful healing modalities that I now offer.

My primary intention is to help you guide yourself back to the magic healing within you.

 

From one of the UKs foremost cranial ballooning specialists, to my decades long clinical practice of chiropractic medicine and network spinal, I am a multi disciplinary advocate for the astounding healing available from within the bodys own system.

Alongside cranial fascial release 'Ballooning'  I will collaborate to deliver transformative Aligned Evenings and Retreat Days, bringing a deeply intuitive and impactful presence to every event. With a rich and diverse background in energy healing. The ability to guide individuals into alignment—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—makes for a powerful facilitator. Whether through movement, breathwork, or subtle energetic work, I create safe, grounded spaces where healing and reconnection can happen. ​
