Consultation

This forms your first appointment at The Tuning Room Chiropractic and takes 40 minutes. We will listen to your health history, why you want to receive chiropractic care, and obtain your goals for care. We will make sure we understand how your problem is affecting your everyday life, and what it would feel like to be back to normal again and out of pain. We will perform an exam from head to toe to find the root cause of your problem. This will include postural analysis, a full nervous system assessment, functional movement screen and a chiropractic examination with a spinal chart, plus full body muscle testing. It will be the most in depth MOT you have ever had!

Once booked in, we'll call you to arrange a follow up Report of Findings appointment. This is a review of your first visit where we will let you know if we can help. Otherwise, we will refer you to the best suited medical professional in the community.

45 Minutes sports massage with a 15 minute consultation. We provide professional Sports Massage Therapy to aid and improve the function of your muscles, tendons and ligaments. Sports massage can help with relieving muscle soreness and pain, injury rehabilitation and improving flexibility.
