A SACRED SOUND JOURNEY Join us for this powerful Sound Immersion. This is also known as a Sound Bath. When we are cocooned in sound in a sacred safe space, a powerful bypassing of the thinking mind occurs, creating the space for freedom, healing, transformation and transcendence. As we experience ourselves fully as an expansive being, we realise our connection to all creation. As the mass illusion of the separation of spirit (energy) and matter fades away, you open to the joy and immensity of your true self Connect with your expansive nature and transcend energetic blockages with the alchemy of Shamanic drum, Himalayan/ crystal bowls, chimes, great gongs, voice and more..... WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING - Good to wear comfortable clothing and something to lie on, blankets and cushions, so you are super cosy as you are immersed in the healing tones of these sacred instruments (you can remain seated too if you prefer) Drinking water ❤ COST – Carolyn Coles - Wisdom keeper and emerging elder, Carolyn Coles sings the songlines and sounds the call to an awakening humanity. She is a Master Practitioner in Sacred Sound and Voice with over 20 years experience. She is guided in her workshops and one to one sessions, using sacred sound, voice, breath, dance, movement, meditation, shamanic healing, body work, healing touch/massage and intuitive guidance to facilitate healing and transformation as we move into sovereignty and freedom and be the change we wish to see. Carolyn is based in Penarth near Cardiff and offers workshops, sound journeys /baths, shamanic circles, woman’s circles, tribal gatherings and retreats throughout the UK and other European countries.
