Being a qualified personal trainer, Sadie incorporates her understanding of human psychology and behaviour to assist her clients in making transformational changes to their lifestyle. Her focus is not solely limited improving their physical fitness, but also mental well belling and chemical health.


With a background in yoga and mobility, Sadie harnesses the power of yoga to restore balance to the body and mind, whilst helping to train strength and flexibility.
